He previously held investment advisory roles at Vanguard, Morgan Stanley, TD Ameritrade, and Charles Schwab, where he consulted high-net-worth individuals and institutions on portfolio construction, capital markets, and long-term investment strategies.Throughout his career, Matthew developed a deep understanding of how wealth is built—but also recognized how often traditional finance overlooks the communities it’s meant to serve.
