About Uberall:Uberall is a multi-location marketing platform that enhances brand visibility and engagement when customers search the world around them. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of tools to manage location data and listings, store locators, messaging, local social media, and social ads – making it easy for businesses to get found, be chosen and drive more sales.About the role:This role encompasses working directly with clients, prospects, and internal teams to determine the needs of each based on their pains, and applying a combination of platform and industry knowledge to best determine a solution for them that provides real value. For clients and prospects, this is carried out through discovery conversations that lead to demonstrations of the platform in a tailored way for their needs and pains previously uncovered. While not \"selling,\" my goal during the sales process is to identify how an Uberall partnership could provide the most value possible. Typically, I am working directly with CMO\'s, marketing managers, digital marketing managers, SEO teams, and IT teams of enterprise brands. I prefer for my clients to see me as a trusted advisor during the sales process versus an extension of the sales team. I am there to help the client reach their goals through our product. From an internal perspective, my role allows me to be an SME, an active problem solver, and someone who can work across all teams to aid where needed. I have broken team silos by working directly with sales, customer success, account management, implementation, marketing, partnerships, product, legal, and enablement. Some of the ways I have been able to do this are through conducting internal enablements for customer-facing teams, engaging with marketing materials for Uberall\'s webinars, podcasts, or pro-tips, and working collaboratively to better establish new processes or product growth opportunities.
