As Vice President of Risk Intelligence with a PhD in chemistry and a strong interest in analytics, my career has been dedicated to helping identify and mitigate potential risks through data-driven decision making.With almost a decade of experience in the P&C insurance industry and a CPCU designation, I have a strong understanding of the rapidly changing risks and exposures facing businesses today. During this time, I have honed my skills in analyzing complex data sets, developing risk assessment models, and working with business leaders to implement effective risk management strategies. My expertise in chemistry and analytics allows me to approach risk analysis from a unique perspective, enabling me to identify and address potential risks that may have been overlooked by others.In my current role, I lead a team of risk intelligence analysts, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks to our organization. My team and I use a variety of tools and techniques, including machine learning and natural language processing, to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential risks. We also work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our risk assessments are thorough and accurate. In addition to my work in risk intelligence, I am also dedicated to mentoring and developing the next generation of risk intelligence professionals, through frequent training and developmental programs for my team.Overall, my combination of analytical expertise and risk management experience make me a valuable asset to any organization looking to identify and mitigate potential risks.
