Leader with diverse and unique experience leading high-performing teams — working in various for-profit, government and not-for-profit roles. Currently at PFM as a Managing Director in the Management and Budget Consulting Practice Group, President of PFM Group Consulting (LLC) — where I lead multiple practice groups, nationally (including our Economic and Tax Strategies group). Formerly served as the Chief Financial Officer at City Council, Philadelphia from 20••••20. My focus areas include advising public sector leaders on tax and revenue policy, budgeting practices, long-range financial and capital planning, governance structures, economic development strategies and reforms, and economic and fiscal (and other) impact analyses — with the goal of better informing leaders in their decision-making processes. I was appointed a Distinguished Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, Fels Institute of Government in 2021 (and reappointed as a Senior Distinguished Fellow in 2025) — where I host and moderate a speaker series featuring emerging regional leaders. I also currently instruct courses for their Executive MPA Program as an adjunct professor. I also taught an Urban Economics and Public Finance course for the University of Pennsylvania, Weitzman School of Design — in 2024. I value authenticity, loyalty, dedication and hard-work most. I also aim to regularly build upon my knowledge, training, and instincts to better empower my clients to make more informed decisions for the enhancement of their communities.
