Duties & Responsibilities: • Point of contact within the build to clients BtR portfolio of (951 units), approx. 2500 residents• Assisting alongside the leasing Professionals with; Viewings, applications, referencing, contract management, and right to rent checks. • Renewal process, amending tenancy agreements and MIMS• Customer engagement and mapping out the journey of residents• Prospect management from initial point of contact to reservation• Attending, Inspections/Appointments and inventory management for move-ins and move-outs. • Parcel & Post management, Key and external contractor management • Handling general, queries and complaints. • Maintenance management, arranging required works defects, access under KPIs• Health and safety, Fire Safety checks of the building, to ensure all is in working order • Event management, creating, liaising with third parties, forecasting/budgeting, reporting, and hosting. • Managing the third-party relationships and creating partnerships. • Managing honest pantry and stock control and orders• Assisting with billing and arrears enquiries and debt management. • Sourcing suppliers and setting accounts up.
