Manages large client project(s) with focus on mid-market customer delivery. First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role has the responsibility for delivery of WAN, WPaaS, ISD, NaaS, IP trunking and other third wave products and services as they integrate together for a single customer solution.• Accomplishes the following duties independently: Manage all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)• Define project scope and objectives, manage project financials, secure appropriate resources, and develop schedules to ensure successful timely delivery and completion of project• Ensure control of project: dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks and mitigation plans, dependencies, escalations and change to contracted scope, time cost or quality• Responsible for mapping project processes and defining and resolving process gaps• Ensure project management deliverables adhere to TELUS’ current procedures and quality standards• Communicate project/program status effectively to variety of audiences including: internal and client cross-functional teams, senior leaders and executives• Manage client relations and expectations during implementation and delivery of client solution• Act as TELUS advocate by promoting client’s use of additional TELUS services, specifically facilitating the change process referred above where additional revenues are involved
