Subsequently, meet with Planning Managers to devise a plan and provide coaching to keep those individuals within defined goals In support of Univar’s continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives, continue to lead a separate project team of six SAP Power Users and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement dozens of system enhancements quarterly, ensuring that key SAP transactions are tested and working properly prior to giving approval to VP of Network Planning and Procurement for go‐live Lead the vendor packed and deployment teams to reduce Unproductive Inventory (UPI) volume by 15% to ~65M LBs for FY’22 Represented the Dublin purchasing department in the 2022 ISO 9001:2015 Audit, tasked with presenting to ABS Group on various standardized processes and metrics. This resulted in zero non‐conformances and zero opportunities for improvement (OFI) Provide support and recommendations for the optimization of district plant operations where large metro hubs have historically seen multiple warehouses performing similar activities across bulk and Vendor‐Pack. Initial focus on Ohio Valley’s three Cincinnati locations resulted in freeing up warehouse capacity for in‐house packed materials in Evendale and Hamilton by consolidating Vendor‐Pack anddeployment sourced products to Cincinnati Dues
