About Matthew Stannard
I\'ve spent more than 25 years as a designer and lead architect for a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the western US, England and New Zealand. In 2004, I co-founded Seattle based Stannard Conway Architects PLLC, and in 2008 started prefab contemporary housing manufacturer Stillwater Dwellings LLC. Currently I serve as CEO of Stillwater Dwellings, leading growth strategy and creative direction for the company. As a partner in Stannard Conway Architects I design and oversee construction of custom single and multi-family homes. Prior to moving to Seattle in the 1980\'s I worked with architectural firms in my native Wellington, New Zealand and in London, including Terry Farrell and Partners. In Seattle I served nearly 15 years as a senior architect at Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects working on many high profile residential and commercial assignments.
