I built my foundation in enterprise technology before that work evolved into leading post-acquisition integrations, large-scale transformation programs, and cross-functional change initiatives across industries. The lesson has been the same every time: sustainable change isn’t built on momentum. It’s built on the quiet, consistent signals that reshape how people actually behave.I write about the same idea in a different context — what it takes to build relationships that last. Because whether you’re leading an organization through transformation or navigating a partnership under pressure, the underlying human challenge is remarkably similar. It all comes down to what you do in the ordinary moments.I served aboard nuclear submarines in the U.S. Navy — an environment where discipline wasn’t a value statement, it was an operational requirement. That foundation has never left me.
