I work closely with both Control and Maintenance, to ensure assets are functioning correctly, to make sure Network Rail’s safety vision of ‘Everyone home safe, everyday’ is upheld. Some of my key responsibilities involve: Monitoring Intelligent Infrastructure (II): I am responsible for monitoring RADAR and other II systems that track assets in Sussex. This likely includes real-time data collection and analysis to ensure the proper functioning of these assets.Centrix Alarms and Senceive Earthworks Alarms: I am involved in investigating alarms generated by Centrix and Senceive Earthworks systems. This includes understanding the nature of the alarms, their causes, and any required responses.
