I am currently a Sr Analyst who has experience in Cadence/Radiant, Welcome, and MyChart. As an analyst I am responsible for building and maintaining Epic Employee Health Records. Lead projects and guide end users through change. Prior to being an analyst, I was a Cadence/Referral/Cogito Principal Trainer.I was a Change Management Specialist for one year. My mission: Evolve and adapt to future needs while preserving the organization\'s culture. Empower people to grow and strengthen the business. Success shows faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency for change. I was also an Acting Recruiter, where I was responsible for hiring, marketing, building relationships, holding job fairs and info sessions, and maintaining an accurate budget. I was a Supervisor/Manager for 5 years before accepting the role as Acting Recruiter. In 2008, I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. While attending college, I stayed involved in the community. I was an Ambassador, the Treasurer for our theatre group, a councilor for Upward Bound, and I volunteered regularly in the community. With 5 years of experience as a Supervisor, 6 years as an Epic Analyst and Trainer, and 1 year experience as a Change Management Specialist, I bring knowledge of maintaining a productive team, driving results for the business, and doing this with exceptional quality and detail. I am results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. I have a very analytical mind and love solving technical problems as well as training others.
