As President of SHS Recruitment Partners, my efforts are focused on two key roles within the organization: First, I assist healthcare professionals meet their career goals by matching them with top healthcare organizations from across the nation. Second, I assist healthcare organizations achieve their recruitment objectives by designing a recruitment strategy that minimizes recruitment time and costs,Since 2015, I have served as Chairman of the Technology Committee of First Choice, Inc, a consortium of individually-owned boutique recruitment firms located throughout the country. Our committees\' efforts have identified and implemented several best practices to enhance our shared CRM database and other digital platforms. Our goal is to stay ahead of the ever-changing digital recruiting world by exploring new and innovate ways of reaching the most qualified candidates.Our firm is a proud founding member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR). Since 2021, I have served on the NAPR Ethics Committee, with a mission to continuously seek improvements in providing the highest standards of practice for both candidates, and clients. We are also active members of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and American Staffing Association (ASA).
