Delivering a customer centric recruitment service, ensuring a seamless candidate journey, while guiding stakeholders to make the right resourcing choices to deliver the right people at the right time. Partner with key business stakeholders including Directors, Heads of department and HR Business Partners to understand departmental requirements and hiring needs Supporting hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process; from initial brief, recruitment marketing and CV screening, through to leading interviews and managing the offer process. My specialised area covers Information Technology, Finance, and Internal Audit. These roles are across our Hammersmith office, our Knightsbridge office, as well as our Bermondsey studio.
