As the VP Sales at Brausse Group, a global leader in machinery solutions, I lead a dynamic and diverse team of professionals who deliver exceptional results for our clients and partners. I oversee the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans, as well as the management of key accounts and contracts.With over 7 years of experience in the converting/printing industry, I have a proven track record of growing sales, increasing market share, and strengthening customer relationships. I have also successfully launched and managed multiple projects, campaigns, and events that showcase our innovative products and services. I am passionate about providing solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, while also enhancing our brand reputation and value.I hold a BA in Business and Economic Studies from Newcastle University, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in communication, business advisory, organizational leadership, and solution-focused thinking. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself, as well as to share my insights and expertise with others.
