ABOUT MATTHEW SCOTT

As a consummate hospitality professional for 25 years, I have had the opportunity to serve world leaders, celebrities, business leaders and amazing guests from around the world. My passion for service, creativity, strong organizational skills, strict attention to detail and teamwork have earned me multiple leadership roles. In these roles, I have developed many talented individuals and created award winning teams as recognized by guests and hotel brand. This success continues to provide me a sense of purpose as I strive to exceed my colleagues, my employer and my guest’s expectations. Outstanding guest interactions are my focus and where I am able to shine while sharing my passion for our beautiful city. From last minute flight and accommodation requests, to dinner reservations at top restaurants or tickets to sold out performances, creating extensive and comprehensive itineraries ensure successful and memorable experiences. Through my membership in Les Clefs d’Or, a global concierge association, I have established a network of like minded colleagues and friends who can offer assistance at a moments notice. They are able to provide insight into their locale which I can then confidently share as trust and integrity are paramount to us all and breathes life into our motto “In service through friendship”. To date I have been incredibly fortunate to have visited over 40 countries and experienced so many wonderful encounters with people of all nationalities and cultures. This has given me a sense of understanding of people and the differences and similarities that unite us.
