I lead Placement strategy for Wholesure’s Life and Disability business. My focus is helping advisors place the right coverage efficiently, while improving conversion, client experience, and revenue growth.Our team builds clear proposals, manages quote intake, and tracks market competitiveness across life, disability, long term care, annuities, and specialty coverage. We support advisors and wholesale partners across the country serving business owners, executives, and high income professionals.I work closely with sales leadership to align our marketing efforts, strengthen carrier relationships, and improve pipeline visibility and reporting. I also develop the people, tools, and processes needed for scale and consistent performance.Earlier in my career I served as CEO of Secura Consultants, leading growth, operations, and team development.
