External Relations: Build and maintain relationships with constituents, organizations, and other elected officials to support the Commissioner’s initiatives.Achievements:Media Coverage & Engagement: Secured 4 radio and tv interviews on Commissioner Fournier\'s ordinance proposal to designate non-interference zones engaging over unique views within 24hours.Process Implementation: Developed and implemented processes for a new district position and newly elected official, enhancing operational efficiency. As well as helped guide and write county-wide policy for 3 different initiatives. Art Contest Leadership: Led the creation and execution of the inaugural county-wide art contest, including social media marketing, event logistics, and community engagement. Received 50 submissions and involved 200 staff members in the voting process.Funding Success: Contributed to the success of Thurston County’s Congressional Funding Program, securing $1.5 million in funding through the successful application of two projects.
