I’m a passionate recruitment professional with 4 years of experience, specialising in Early Careers Recruitment. Over the years, I\'ve built a strong foundation in selection and assessment, and for the past three years, I\'ve been working as a RPO talent advisor involved in the end-to-end process. I manage recruitment for a large UK early careers programme, covering everything from graduate roles to apprenticeships, placement years, and internships.What really drives me is building strong relationships – both with client stakeholders and candidates. I pride myself on being able to create a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.
