I am a State and Local Tax Director serving the Indianapolis and Columbus markets specializing in income/franchise and sales/use tax issues. My experiences include: general consulting, state and local audit defense, voluntary disclosure agreements, state restructuring, state and local compliance, ruling requests, refund claims and technical memos. I have a Master of Business Administration degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Indiana and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.

In addition to frequently interacting with individuals at the Indiana Department of Revenue, and other agencies around the country, in order to serve my clients, I also assists in preparing firm-wide technical updates regarding Indiana legislative changes and Department interpretations.
