I\'m a highly ambitious freelance sports journalist, commentator and broadcaster that\'s ready to move up to the next step of my career in the sports media industry.I currently work as a football commentator and on the whistle match report writer for the Flashscore app and website. In regards to on the whistle written match reports, I have covered matches across the Premier League, Italian Serie A, LaLiga, German Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Africa Cup of Nations and FIFA World Cup (UEFA Section) qualifiers.I\'m currently writing a book about Chesterfield FC\'s famous run to the FA Cup semi-finals in the 1996/97 season. This is scheduled to be published in August 2026.Starting from 2026, I will be contributing to The Peakite, a new title under the CounterPress Media umbrella, which will cover Derbyshire County Cricket Club in detail.I have previous sports media experience from my time working as the senior sports editor for North Derbyshire Radio, the head of media for Chesterfield Ladies FC, the Matlock Town FC & Olympics/Paralympics sports reporter for Derbyshire Media Company, a sports writer for The Deck and as a media assistant for Matlock Town FC.
