We counsel clients from birth to death and ensure that their Estate Planning documents reflect the different stages of their lives. Our firm safeguards clients’ legacies by confirming that Estate Planning documents are appropriately incorporated into their planning goals. We remind clients that it is never too early to have a long term care plan in place. As part of our work with clients in transition, we assist with obtaining Illinois Medicaid benefits and the VA Aid and Attendance Pension. We support clients in navigating the Probate process and assisting them with Trust Administration after a loved one has passed away. Our firm strongly believes in taking a holistic approach to Estate Planning and Elder Law. We understand that our role in assisting a client is only one part of the solution.
