ABOUT MATTHEW QUINTIERI

My practice focuses on procuring, closing, and delivering construction and infrastructure projects, including through public-private partnerships collaborative contracting models, and traditional contracting models. I advise on high-value and complex matters throughout every stage of the project lifecycle—from inception to operations—including claims and disputes that arise during implementation.My experience spans projects across several asset classes, including: • healthcare facilities• transit projects• highway projects• correctional facilities • courthouses• educational facilities • energy projects• industrial projects• mining projects• shipping and logistics facilities• residential projects My prior work experience includes serving as in-house counsel at Infrastructure Ontario, where I advised on several projects in the Province of Ontario. In that role, I developed a deep understanding of the problem points, commercial considerations, and practical realities associated with major project delivery. While in law school, I was elected to serve as an Editor-in-Chief of the Ottawa Law Review.
