About Matthew Pulsipher

Senior Product Manager with 7+ years building technical products across cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, fintech, and AV-over-IP. I turn ambiguous problems into shipped products: 8+ launched from concept to market. At MacStadium, I own the infrastructure product line for enterprise Mac cloud services, from SKU strategy and pricing to deployment architecture for Fortune 500 customers. I built an AI-powered internal tool using Snowflake, Streamlit, and Claude Code that gave the company its first cross-application data visibility: natural language queries across previously siloed systems, analytics dashboards, and automated reporting that didn\'t exist before. I led an emergency platform migration from VMware to Verge.io when the Broadcom acquisition threatened our entire revenue base. I\'m currently building AI-powered customer support tooling using the Claude Agent SDK and LLM orchestration. At Carputty (fintech, auto lending), I built the AI-powered underwriting system that became the company\'s flagship product, announced via press release and covered by PYMNTS and Yahoo Finance months after my departure. The system used Plaid bank data and custom ML models for transaction categorization to automate income verification, cutting manual underwriting from 20+ minutes to under 2 and AI-decisioning a third of all loan applications. I also shipped the full loan origination platform enabling the transition from stated to verified income for secondary market requirements. At DVIGear, I was the entire product organization for a 7-person AV-over-IP company: product management, hardware testing, UI design, marketing, trade show demos, and sales engineering. Led the platform migration from Windows desktop to embedded Linux for enterprise reliability, established Agile and CI/CD in Azure DevOps, and owned the full lifecycle for 8+ products. At GM, I delivered enterprise platform solutions (iManage, OpenText MediaBin) across Legal and Communications, designing high-availability architectures and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.Product strategy · B2B SaaS · Go-to-market · 0-to-1 · AI/LLM integration · Claude Code · Prompt engineering · Python · SQL · Snowflake · Streamlit · Cloud infrastructure · IaaS · macOS · CI/CD · DevOps · VMware · Fintech · Auto lending · Loan origination · Underwriting · Open banking · Plaid · AV-over-IP · SDVoE · Embedded Linux · iManage · OpenText · REST APIs · Agile · Azure DevOps

Completed migration under deadline with zero customer downtime.Built AI-powered internal tooling using Claude Code, Snowflake, and Streamlit that gave the company its first cross-application data visibility. Natural language queries against production databases, automated analytics dashboards, and reporting across previously siloed systems.Currently building AI-powered customer support chatbot using the Claude Agent SDK with LLM orchestration, designed to handle first-tier technical support for enterprise Mac infrastructure customers.Restructured product portfolio from 19 to 9 SKUs, replacing cryptic internal codes (Mac mini G5A) with clear naming conventions (M1.M, M2.XL), enabling sales to effectively position and upsell higher-margin configurations.Developed technical content program producing Apple silicon benchmarks and Mac deployment architecture guides that rank #1 organically and serve as primary sales enablement materials.
