Recovering academic-practitioner, lecturer, and policy advisor specializing in post-conflict housing, land, and property rights (HLP). As a Kofi Annan International Scholar, I received my BA (Magna Cum Laude) from Macalester College in 2006, and MA (Dean’s Honours) from McGill University in 2011.Prior to law, I spent over 10 years in the fields of international development and humanitarian response, advising governments, international NGOs, and UN agencies on complex housing, land, and property disputes in 18 countries.
