Hello, I\'m Matt, and I’m a leadership, engagement and development professional with national experience across education, social impact and organisational development.Over the past few years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, purpose and performance, designing and delivering programmes that build confidence, leadership capability and aspiration at scale.I currently work in an engagement and leadership-focused role, where I lead partnerships, manage stakeholders, contribute to consultative sales conversations, and deliver high-impact development programmes.
