ABOUT MATTHEW PARISIEN

I’m a Software Developer with a background that bridges engineering and design. At Innocap, I’ve worked on data-intensive applications where performance and user experience are key. My projects have included improving how teams access and utilize data to reduce delays, collaborating with compliance and cybersecurity to deliver an AI-driven automation tool, and leading a 10-engineer task force to adopt GitHub Copilot—embedding AI practices that accelerated development cycles and enhanced code quality. Earlier, I founded and ran a creative studio for seven years, delivering campaigns for notable brands such as Lush and Rudsak. Running that business sharpened skills I rely on daily as a developer: translating abstract ideas into clear deliverables, managing projects end-to-end under tight timelines, and leading cross-functional teams. Today, those same strengths enable me to transform complex requirements into working code, ship features iteratively, and collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to deliver impactful solutions. I thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments where solving problems means collaborating across disciplines, embracing new tools quickly, and maintaining a focus on the end user. My goal is to keep advancing the intersection of technology and creativity—whether through scalable systems, AI-driven workflows, or empowering teams to build better together.
