ABOUT MATTHEW PACKFORD

From the start of my working career I have worked closely with occupiers and tenants, particularly occupiers with retail networks from BP Oil (UK) to motor retailers such as Volkswagen Group, Audi and Peugeot. I have a keen interest in the built environment, network planning and the drivers of property value. More recently I have moved in-house to manage the South East regional estate for Kwik Fit, a household name in the motor repair sector. I work closely with operational teams to manage this major overhead of the business, handle lease events and to generally maximise the return of the portfolio within my region.Primary expertise:Transaction management in both acquisition and disposal; landlord and tenant relationships; negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals; property valuation; budgeting; instructing and managing external consultants
