Risk Assessment Ensure the Operational Risk support of the Enterprise Risk Framework and relevant alignment with Group Methodology Develop a strong relationship with the business to facilitate their understanding and to support their participation in the risk assessment process i.e. to identify, analyse and assess their key operational risks. Support the timely delivery of the operational risk assessment and capital quantification both for ICARA in the UK and for the global Solvency II exercise, as appropriate and in alignment with all required surrounding Governance Framework. Ensure reliability of data provided for reporting purposes, in all cases.Reporting Participate in the production of UK Operational Risk reporting and the proper review and oversight of reporting output to ensure a high-quality product for our stakeholders / reporting audience. Reporting includes Governance Committees and UK Operational Risk Reviews as requested by the UK Local Control Committee.Incidents Governance Support UK incident monitoring process in alignment with GRM Framework regarding the analysis on main incidents, serious incidents (>50k€) as appropriate, and related action plan follow-up. Ensure that Operational Risk Governance Framework is operating and in place and contribute to the UK Incident Committee process. Contribute to the gathering and collation of local UK reporting on the Incident Management process as input to Management and Board reporting requirements.Other Ad-hoc Operational Risk Processes Support the general Operational Risk Framework requirements including, Risk Reviews, Product / Project Reviews, and contribution to business areas control reviews (per Front Office Risk Control Committee requirements). Facilitate dissemination and implementation Group Operational Risk Standards and Policies in support of the Global Operational Risk team. Promote operational risk management best practices and enhance risk and control culture
