As alliant’s Chief Operating Officer, Matt Noll manages the daily operations of alliant’s consulting practice including the delivery of R&D Tax Credits, Employee Retention Credits, 179D Tax Deductions, Investment Tax Credits, IC-DISC Services, Tax Controversy Services, Domestic Production Activities Deduction Services and SALT/Hiring Credits and Incentives.Mr. Noll has been practicing law for over 21years and has spent the last 13 years at alliant. He has hands on experience at every level of the tax credit and deduction study process and quickly rose the ranks at the firm, having helped delivered millions in credits and deductions across a large swath of industries. He now oversees the entirety of alliant’s teams of industry experts, statisticians, attorneys and tax professionals assembled to deliver incentives to clients.He also works closely with ForrestBrown, an alliant company delivering R&D tax credits to businesses across the United Kingdom.Prior to joining alliant, Mr. Noll practiced law at a prominent litigation law firm in Houston, Texas.Mr. Noll proudly serves on the boards of both the Houston Independent School District Foundation and the Lone Star Flight Museum advancing STEM education for students and youth in the greater Houston area.
