In addition, I ensure that the program design, implementation and monitoring comply with applicable Berkshire policies and legal and regulatory obligations globally. I interface directly with Berkshire and subsidiary leadership across the entire organization, working closely to develop and oversee a robust, consistent global ethics and compliance program.
