I am a Project Director and Civil Engineer specializing in the delivery of complex electric transmission, substation, and HVDC infrastructure programs. My career has centered on leading multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and engineering-services projects—aligning strategy, execution, and client objectives to deliver safe, predictable, and high-value outcomes.In my role, I oversee large and often high-visibility projects and programs involving multiple stakeholders, elevated commercial and technical risk, and diverse delivery models. I guide execution strategy, contractual structuring, staffing, financial performance, and enterprise-level risk management while ensuring project teams have the clarity, resources, and leadership needed to succeed. I work closely with clients at both the project and executive levels to build trust, shape long-term partnerships, and influence program strategy.My greatest fulfillment comes from leading broad, diverse teams and creating environments where professionals can perform at their highest level. I am passionate about organizational effectiveness, mentorship, and team culture—and I believe that our strongest outcomes come through collaboration, accountability, and clarity of purpose.I have delivered major overhead and underground transmission, substation, and HVDC programs up to 500 kV, serving in roles across owner’s engineering, turnkey EPC, and engineering-services-only models. My technical background includes civil and structural engineering as well as field and construction engineering, complemented by early-career experience as a carpenter and general contractor—giving me a practical, grounded approach to constructability, solutioning, and team communication.I hold a BSCE, Cum Laude, from the Oregon Institute of Technology.I am committed to advancing resilient, sustainable human infrastructure and to supporting the next generation of engineering and construction leaders.
