Program Reviews & Policy Analysis: Oversaw, planned, and led complex program reviews and research projects for the Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection that were requested by the VA Secretary. These reviews are classified as sensitive and are not publicly available. Organizational Accountability: Tracked and confirmed the implementation of recommendations made to the VA by internal and external oversight entities, including the Government Accountability Office, VA Office of Inspector General, and the Office of Special Counsel, among others. Project Scoping and Management: Transformed broad review topics and proposals into meaningful, researchable objectives and developed and implemented detailed project plans that ensured resources were used effectively and critical deadlines were met. These plans included prioritized tasks and deadlines for junior staff members and supervisors, ensuring reporting milestones and deadlines were successfully achieved. Research Design & Analysis: Identified and used appropriate research methodologies and conducted complex analyses that used both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the analysis of complex datasets, development and administration of surveys, and conducting of interviews with Executive Leadership and staff. Reports & Products: Authored reports and delivered briefings on findings and recommendations to VA Leadership, providing actionable insights for program and policy improvements.
