I serve as Chief Operating Officer at Security Central, a UL-listed central station providing professional alarm monitoring services across the United States.My career spans more than three decades in the electronic security and alarm monitoring industry, with experience across central station operations, monitoring technology platforms, infrastructure, and service delivery. Much of my work has focused on the operational systems that allow monitoring organizations to perform reliably in environments where response, uptime, and consistency are critical.At Security Central, I oversee the operational framework that supports our monitoring services. This includes monitoring operations, supporting technology platforms, and the processes required to deliver dependable service to the security dealers we support.Earlier in my career, I worked extensively with the technology platforms that power central station environments, including monitoring automation software, infrastructure, and integration systems.
