I enjoy working with teams to solve problems by implementing innovative solutions that are repeatable as a standard operating procedure. I value all input from team members. More perspective grants different ways to view a problem as well as create a solution. I find most problems are solved when you bring together the right people and facilitate a high level communication and commitment. I have a strong passion for gaming (MMO, MOBA, FPS, RTS) and traditional sports (Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, Lacrosse). I have always been involved in sports whether it is playing or coaching, winning or losing, one thing that is certain, in both the traditional sports world and the E-sports world you will always be learning. The technical skills/mechanics requires acute attention to detail as well as developing coordination through teamwork to conquer a common goal is an exciting challenge for me. Being involved in sports has shown me what it means to be a team player. I am excited by challenges that allow me to be apart of team and learn from others. This level of commitment allows me to put my trust in others and encourages confidence in myself. Looking for team to grow and level up with.
