ABOUT MATTHEW MUNDY

Matt is Chief Legal Officer at FLUENT (CSE:FNT). In his role Matt is responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across the company\'s operations, and plays a key role in corporate strategy as a member of the executive team. Prior to joining RIV Capital, Matt was an M&A lawyer at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes). His practice at Blakes covered a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations. He advised purchasers, vendors and targets on domestic and international transactions, and his experience includes acting for clients in a variety of sectors, including the private equity, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing sectors. Previously, Matt clerked at the Ontario Court of Appeal for Chief Justice Warren Winkler and Justice Gloria Epstein. Matt holds a B.A.(Hon.) in Political Science and Sociology from McGill University, an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Southern California (where he was awarded Top Print Journalism Student), and a J.D.(Hon.) from the University of Toronto, where he was named Valedictorian of his graduating class and achieved honours.
