I have spent over 14 years at Jaguar Land Rover, now leading 220 plus people in a fast paced, high pressure manufacturing environment, building Range Rover and Range Rover Sport.I got to where I am by being consistent, clear and people focused. My leadership style is grounded and built on trust.
