I guide clients through the process of buying or selling property, from contract to closing. Additionally, I conduct thorough outreach and lead cultivation to connect with prospective clients, secure representation agreements, actively communicate, and foster relationships with clients to ensure a seamless sales process. In 2018, I was awarded Top REALTOR® with more than $3.1M in sales that year. Over five years, I have grossed more than $12M. During the extreme housing shortage caused by the pandemic, I worked to secure homes for buyers by identifying alternative solutions such as searching in more rural areas or within new construction communities. These alternatives provided greater value for buyers and were more readily available. I coach buyers through the purchasing process to avoid potential pitfalls and to help them gain confidence in offer negotiations and closing. To continually increase revenue, I identify and nurture eligible prospects until they are ready to convert to sales. I manage all aspects of buying and selling properties and walk clients through the entire process. In this role, I mentor newer agents to help enhance their knowledge of the processes of buying and selling. I also serve as a resource for complex transactions.
