ABOUT MATTHEW MOGGACH
Experienced Senior Surveyor with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Having worked in Aberdeen, Dundee and now Edinburgh I have a strong understanding and knowledge base of these cities and regional commercial property markets throughout Scotland. Working in the Business Rates team I am directly involved in dealing with and negotiating rateable values for our clients to ensure they are paying a fair rate. We have a large portfolio of clients ranging from local authorities, public sector bodies, emergency services and private sector. I ensure our clients receive the very best of service with up to date legislation, honest advice and are kept abreast of their appeals progress as well as any reliefs they may qualify for.I am proud to be part of the Avison Young Emerging Leaders programme for 2022 and being an Ambassador for the programme in Scotland.I am also a board member of RICS Scotland in which I want to enhance the offering to young members and ensure the organisation is transparent and inclusive to all.
