I transitioned from the retail team to specializing in hotel appraisals 16 years ago. Over the last decade I have appraised more than hotels. The majority have been in Oregon, Idaho, California, Alaska, Utah, Colorado and Washington (where I am currently licensed), but I also routinely appraise hotels in many other states across the US. I have appraised nearly every type of hotel, from small, “mom and pop” properties, to very large, proposed, full-service hotels.
