ABOUT MATTHEW MILLS

An Enthusiastic, Flexible, Creative, Hardworking Chartered Surveyor with valuable experience in a fast-paced property environment, interacting daily with all stakeholders including landlords, tenants, clients and contractors. Currently employed by Stonegate Group as an Estates Surveyor, primarily managing the Craft Union Portfolio. I have experience of working in both the Public and Private sectors having previously worked for Ashdown Phillips, Assura Plc, Cushman & Wakefield, Mason Owen, Urban Vision in partnership with Salford Council and Unity Partnership in a joint venture with Oldham Council.Working closely with colleagues I have experience of working with a variety of clients ranging from individual tenants and landlords to large organisations such as Sainsburys, in a variety of fields encompassing Property Management, Landlord and Tenant, Valuation, Leasing and Letting, Service Charge Management, Purchase and Sale and Maintaining property records. I am fully competent in using Microsoft Office Programs including Excel and Word and I am able to communicate effectively and politely to ensure that all parties get the best service possible. I am always willing to learn and try new things, and I will do whatever is required of me to get the job done.
