ABOUT MATTHEW MIKLAUCIC
I enjoy a broad litigation practice with emphasis on estate, contractual, employment and commercial disputes. My approach is compassionate, even-handed and practical when he advises clients about their legal rights and obligations. In practice, I have appeared before the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Ontario Small Claims Court, and the Superior Court of Justice. I went to law school at Western University and was an active member in the mustang community. As a member of the Community Legal Services: Dispute Resolution Clinic and the Elgin-Oxford Legal Clinic, I focused on providing legal services to lower income populations. Outside the office, I am an avid sports fan and enjoy playing hockey, softball, football and volleyball. I am also a foodie who enjoys exploring new cuisines and cultures.
