   Sales Team Member is a more extensive position with Guida than many other Home Improvement Sales positions. The basic responsibilities are similar with daily in-home customer presentations and demonstrations of Home Improvement Products, primarily window and door products. These in home sales presentations focus on education and communication and result in a high level of customer satisfcation, closing percentage exceeding 40%, and high level of repeat and referral customer base. Once contracts are secured, work orders must be completed with extensive details and communicated to processing team. Sales Team must also serve as advisor for specific design decisions and relay communications between Installation teams and any advice from Sales Manager on the project. Sales Team Members remain as point of communication for all issues and questions that must be relayed to customer throughout the installation. It is a true end to end customer management position combined with sales and contracting. Additional responsibility of all customer records and files as well as all follow up and long term customer management. Sales Team additionally must self generate leads to ensure the best productivity.I have found the most effective aspects of my sales come from my experiences in education and presentating from the academic as well as the hospitality environments.
