Our settlement planning expertise includes creative solutions, such as trusts to preserve government benefits and mitigate double taxation on punitive damages. We have worked in landmark projects like RoundUp, NEC and Camp LeJeune most recently helping raise capital, grow law firms to be able to acquire large inventories of cases. For example, we facilitated $250 million in funding for a firm’s Camp LeJeune legislative initiative, significantly expanding their team, built a call center, implementing technology and building their law firm from the ground up.
