I am a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers who defends clients in their toughest civil and criminal investigations and litigation. I’m one of the few lawyers who has appeared—and won—at trial at “all four tables”: civil plaintiff, civil defendant, criminal prosecution, and criminal defendant. I’ve tried dozens of cases ranging from securities fraud to murder to patent infringement to bank robbery to consumer fraud to money laundering to employment law to tax fraud, in New York, California, Illinois, Texas, Florida, Washington, South Dakota, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
