As Vice Chair, I am responsible for the clinical practice of our department, which spans seven specialized divisions and includes over 50 faculty. This includes faculty recruitment, credentialing, development, mentoring, and supervision. I am also a leader in novel program development, a process that involves community engagement, needs assessment, fundraising and stewardship. This includes novel approaches to psychiatric emergency services as well as the use of tele-health. July 2020-Present: Professor and Clinic Director.March 2022-Present: Vice Chair.
