I partner with product, engineering, data science, and executive teams to guide the legal dimensions of emerging technologies—from AI and SaaS platforms to global data governance frameworks.With deep in-house counsel experience, I lead enterprise-level legal strategies that enable innovation while minimizing regulatory and contractual risk.
