Currently participating in the Commercial Awareness Competition which is designed to develop and refine awareness of political, economic, current affairs, commercial knowledge, presentation skills and ability to articulate complex issues.→ Completed a preliminary round which included a MCQ round of 35 questions to answer within 7 minutes on various commercial awareness topics from financing and M&A terms, business structures, and current topical stories. → Competed in a live action round which included answering fact-based and opinion questions on an article covering the energy transition and topical issues impacting the energy sector and from a range of topics including, media, sport & entertainment, AI & technology, how law firms operate & DE & I, cybersecurity & data, tariffs & trade, and retail & consumer goods→ The competition is sponsored by Baker McKenzie, Barclays, BCLP, Dechert, Mayer Brown, Reed Smith and Skadden. → As part of my semi-final competition round, I will be attending a live judging round in BCLP\'s London office.
