Executive Chef and culinary leader with a passion for excellence and a personal commitment to always deliver the highest level of food quality, service and beverage operations. Born and Raised in Trenton, New Jersey with many varied ethnic and Mediterranean cuisines Matthew picked up some cooking skills and appreciation for flavors at a very young age. One year for Christmas Logan asked for and received an Easy Bake Oven that was used to bake the cakes for Christmas dinner and by the age of 14, inviting friends over after school or on the weekends to try BBQ ribs off the backyard grill, or to spend Saturdays with Dad at the Trenton Farmers Market, picking out locally grown produce and mingling with the produce and bakery vendors. Matthew developed a passion for making and serving great food.
