   Manage multiple projects that look to further develop the Onshape software following the SCRUM framework- Expertise in creating design components, design systems and creating dynamic layouts on Figma- Design new features and improve the current cloud-based CAD, data management, collaboration tools and real-time analytics software using user research and user-centered design- Lead design direction for the assemblies web platform and mobile applications- Provide technical support to users for troubleshooting the CAD process and understand user workflows- Create user testing protocols and run usability tests to understand future feature workflows, both in a testing version of our product and in Figma- Communicate design ideas and user feedback to developers and project managers for efficient product development- Work and communicate across technical and user-facing teams to launch new features communicate changes to the CAD platform- Recruit and find students who fit into our UX design internship program- Mentor interns through our user-centered design process and provide constructive feedback on their contributions
