I am a partner in the Transaction Services team at BDO. I help my clients do better deals through leading financial due diligence reviews on their behalf, leveraging my own extensive experience as well as the skills and expertise of my team and the broader BDO network to answer the important financial questions on a Transaction.I have first hand experience of well over 100 transactions, with deal sizes ranging from £2 million to over £500 million, including buy and sell side (vendor) due diligence for private equity houses and corporates and in connection with raising finance from banks or other parties. As well as significant cross-border deals experience I work across most sectors, with particular expertise in consumer, manufacturing and tech. businesses.
